Is it going to be like last year?
Yes and no! You will still have your photos before you leave, but we’ve got some upgrades this year that you’ll just have to see for yourself!
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your session!
Where are you located? Where should I park?
We are in the same building as last year on the street level of Hewitt Avenue! Parking directions are below. Please do not park in the back parking lot as we cannot find you! Park in the designated green sections on Hewitt, and cross at the designated crosswalk at Broadway and Hewitt to avoid jaywalking across the busy street!
Can I bring my pet?
Yes! Just like last year, we encourage you to bring any pets, they are family members too! Please bring a leash and treats so we can get that perfect picture! Note: There may be other pets in the studio at your appointment time.
Are pets/kids extra?
We are happy to have your pet come in at no additional cost! For kids over the age of 1, if you are wanting them in front of the camera, make sure to include them in your total number of people when booking!
Is Santa going to be here this year?
Yes! We are so excited to bring Santa back this year! Santa will be here only from 11am-3pm. IF you want to ensure you see Santa, you MUST schedule during his times.
What is your cancelation/reschedule policy?
You will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days if cancelled 1 week prior to your session. No refunds if cancelled within 1 week of your session. You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. There is no rescheduling fee.
